  • We Hear You Launch.

    At PAFA, we experience change all the time. In this introductory message, we announce our We Hear You campaign which places the spotlight on the work of our community, hones in our passion for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and the continuous change that drives our work.

  • Compensation & Benefits.

    This communication brings attentions to compensation and benefit options available for faculty and staff at PAFA. Our community asked for transparent compensation practices and we heard that you needed to understand the total compensation you get as a PAFA employee.

  • Semiannual Performance Check-ins.

    In January of 2021, we introduced our new Seminannual Performance Communication process. This campaign highlights the work our community completed alongside Caliper, adoption of 9 Caliper Compentencies and their linkage to our Core Values, and the PAFA Leadership Model.

  • BELONGING Key Objective #1

    Highlighting the DEIB efforts of our community, this is the first of three progress reports, which provide a visual update of our progress on the action items from the Belonging Report. This message focuses on the progress of actions items from Key Objective 1.

  • BELONGING Key Objective #2

    This is the second message that seeks to provide the reader with updates on the DEIB efforts of those in our community. This message focuses on and brings attention to the progress of actions items from Key Objective 2 of the Belonging Report.

  • BELONGING Key Objective #3

    In the final BELONGING update for our We Hear You campaign, the progree of our curriculum, museum, and student efforts are highlighted. As noted previously, our efforts driven towards diversity are continuous and will continue past completion of all Action Items.
